ARTICLE 1 - PRICES
1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in euros, including taxes, before shipping fees.
1.2 - All of our products, whichever their origins, are to be paid for in euros.
1.3 - Labels-folies reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced at the prices in effect when the order is placed.
1.4 - All items remain the property of Etiquettes-folies until the full price for them is paid.
ARTICLE 2 - ORDERING
2.1 - Orders can only be placed on the website: www.labels-folies.com
2.2 - Orders can be placed from a computer, a smartphone or a tablet.
2.3 - By placing an order, you accept the prices and the description of the products on sale.
2.4 - Labels-folies reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding payment for a previous order.
2.5 - You can find all the details of your order in your customer area, namely the order form, delivery note, invoice and parcel tracking number.
ARTICLE 3 - SUBMITTING AN ORDER
3.1 - You declare that you have read and accept these Terms of Sale before placing your order.
3.2 - Once you submit your order, payment is immediate (except in the case of a check).
3.3 - Therefore, by submitting your order, you are accepting these Terms of Sale. In the absence of evidence to the contrary, the data recorded by www.labels-folies.com constitute proof of all transactions made between www.labels-folies.com and its customers.
ARTICLE 4 - ORDER PROCESSING
4.1 - Labels-folies makes all orders within 24/48 hours, except when it is closed and on public holidays.
4.2 - All order processing is automated, including receiving the order, making it, cutting it, packaging it, and shipping it.
4.3 - Colors, texts and fonts cannot be modified once the order is submitted.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
5.1 - Products bought on the website www.labels-folies.com are delivered in France, the rest of Europe, overseas French territories, and beyond.
5.2 - Your order will be delivered to you at the delivery address indicated during the order process.
5.3 - The delivery times indicated are the usual times experienced, i.e. 48 hours.
5.4 - Labels-folies offers 3 delivery methods: 1/ Standard letter delivery in your mail box (only for labels and packs of labels). 2/ Tracked letter delivery in your mail box (only for labels and packs of labels). 3/ Colissimo 24/48 parcel delivery for all large products (mugs, cushions, lunch boxes, water bottles, bags, T-shirts, accessories).
5.5 - Should any goods be returned with the note “incomplete address” or “no longer lives at this address”, the customer undertakes to provide the correct address for their order to be shipped again, at a fee of €5.90 for large items (delivery method 3) and €0.99 for labels and packs of labels, to be paid by check made out and addressed to the company that owns the website: Étiquettes Folies ZI de la Caldaniccia 20167 SARROLA CARCOPINO.
5.6 - Any orders returned with the note “Incomplete address”, “no longer lives at this address”, “parcel not claimed” or “failure to pay resending fees within 3 months” will be considered lost and non-refundable.
ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT
6.1 - Payment for your orders must be made: - by card: Visa, MasterCard, and other cards - by PayPal
6.2 - In the case of card or PayPal payments, the order amount is debited immediately from your account and the order is processed automatically, within the time indicated in Article 4: ORDER PROCESSING.
6.3 - Orders paid for by check are processed once payment is received within the time indicated in Article 4: ORDER PROCESSING. Please make out and address your check to the company that owns the website: Étiquettes Folies ZI de la Caldaniccia 20167 SARROLA CARCOPINO.
6.4 - The website Etiquettes-folies does not accept payment by transfer or money order.
ARTICLE 7 - PAYMENT SECURITY
7.1 - All payments are made secure by the Hipay, which uses an SSL encryption protocol.
ARTICLE 8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1 - In accordance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason or paying a penalty, except for return and shipping fees, where applicable. This period starts from when the delivery is received.

ARTICLE 9 - EXCHANGES
9.1 - To exchange an item (not applicable to personalized items): Return the item you wish to exchange to us at: Étiquettes Folies ZI de la Caldaniccia 20167 SARROLA CARCOPINO accompanied by a note about the exchange, making sure you specify your order number. You must include a check for €5.90 to pay for shipping of the new item. Please note: exchanges can only be made for an item of the same amount or more. If the item you wish to receive in exchange costs more than the item you have paid for, please calculate the difference owed, without any current offers or reductions, then pay this amount plus shipping fees.
ARTICLE 10 - COMPLAINTS
10.1 - Any complaints that do not specify the order number or the name of the customer who placed the order will not be considered.
10.2 - All complaints sent by email or by post with proof of delivery, made after 3 months, will be deemed invalid.
10.3 - The company accepts no liability for product quality if the product has been used or damaged during repackaging or transport to our premises. No exchanges or refunds will be made in this case.
10.4 - For complaints regarding reception of a damaged parcel, you will be asked to send photographs of the damaged items and packaging by post with proof of delivery or by email. Only the products that appear in this evidence will be taken into account.
10.5 - In certain cases of non-payment, you will asked to justify your complaint via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or in writing to our postal address with a bank statement showing the disputed payment. You must include your full name, the name of your bank and the line on which the transaction appears.
10.6 - Any lost or non-received orders will be resent 30 days after the purchase date. No refunds will be made for these orders.

For the right of withdrawal period to be respected, simply send your notification of your decision to exercise it before the end of the withdrawal period. Any direct costs incurred by sending the item back are payable by the consumer.
